Working code

Full source code in your Git repository. MIT license or your custom license — your choice. We deploy to your infrastructure or ours — your call. No copy protection, no encryption keys we hold.

Documentation

Architecture diagrams, API documentation, runbook for common operations, deployment guide. A future developer (us or someone else) can pick up where we left off without asking us anything.

Knowledge transfer

At pilot end we run a 2-hour handover session with your tech team. We answer all questions. We are available for 30 days post-pilot for clarification calls — no extra cost.

How we price work.

We do not publish tiers because every engagement is different. Here is how we think about it.

Discovery audit
The 30-minute audit is free. We invest our time because we want to know if we can actually help. After the audit you receive a written 2-page summary including indicative pilot scope and price range. No commitment.
Pilot project
Fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timeline. We do not charge time-and-materials for pilots — that creates the wrong incentives. A typical pilot is 25–80k PLN net depending on scope. You know the price before signing.
Long-term partnership
If the pilot succeeds, we transition to a monthly retainer. The fee scales with usage and feature requests. The specific number depends on your ongoing needs — we discuss that after the pilot. Easy to cancel: 30-day notice, no penalties.

No slideware

Other vendors spend two weeks on pitch decks. We spend that time on actual code. Working software at week 1 of the pilot beats any presentation.

Senior judgment only

You will not be a junior developer's learning project. Every architectural decision and every line of critical code is reviewed by a senior with 10+ years of experience.

Transparent pricing

Fixed prices for pilots. Predictable monthly fees for ongoing work. No surprise invoices for unexpected hours. You know what you pay before signing.

You own everything

Code, data, infrastructure access — all yours. Full export available always. No vendor lock-in. We win by being good, not by being hard to leave.

Honest about our limits.

We are not the right answer for these:

Multi-stakeholder enterprise procurements with 6-month RFP processes — we are too small.
Marketing automation tools or sales CRM — we focus on operational tooling, not commercial software.
Mobile-first consumer products — we do B2B web platforms, not consumer apps.
Maintenance of legacy code older than 5 years without a migration plan.
Companies looking for the cheapest possible vendor — we compete on quality, not price.

After a successful pilot we transition to a managed-service engagement. Predictable monthly cost, continuous improvement, EU-hosted infrastructure. You own the codebase and data — exit clause is contractual, not negotiable.
