Are you really one person?
Kortelo is a small team augmented by AI tooling. Output equivalent to a 4–5 developer team. Senior judgment on every decision. We are transparent about size — it is our advantage, not a weakness.
What if you get hit by a bus?
All code lives in your Git repository. Full documentation and runbook included. We work with a backup developer for critical projects on retainer. We have an explicit continuity plan — we share it before you sign a pilot.
Why should I trust an unproven vendor?
You should not. That is why we offer a free audit and a small pilot first. Risk on your side: 30 minutes for the audit, fixed-price pilot. If we fail, you lose limited time and bounded money. If we succeed, you get a production system in 8 weeks.
Is this just AI generating code?
AI is part of our process — we use it the way a senior developer uses a better IDE. Architecture, code review, security decisions, deployment — all human judgment. AI accelerates execution. It does not replace expertise.
What happens after the pilot?
Three options. (1) Monthly retainer for ongoing work. (2) Single handover — we deliver, you maintain. (3) We mutually agree to part ways. All three are valid outcomes. We do not pressure for a retainer.
Can you sign an NDA before the discovery call?
Yes — a mutual NDA is available before the audit if you prefer. We sign whatever your legal team requires. Audit content stays confidential regardless of next steps.
Do you work with companies outside Poland?
Our primary market is Polish B2B operations — regulatory and language expertise concentrated there. We work with international companies on Polish operations specifically. If your needs are not Poland-specific, we are probably the wrong vendor.
How quickly can you start?
An audit is available within 1 week of contact. A pilot typically starts within 2 weeks of a signed agreement. We are not always available — sometimes we are full and decline new pilots until current work finishes.
