When you use this site, we collect information you provide directly (e.g. through contact forms: name, email, company, role, your message), and basic usage data (anonymous analytics, IP-derived region, page views). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, schedule audits, and improve our services. If you opt in to marketing, we send occasional updates — never more than once a month, never sold to third parties.
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
We use a minimal set of cookies: a language preference cookie, a session cookie when you log into the console, and a consent cookie that remembers your choice on this banner. We do not set advertising cookies.

We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers under written contracts (DPA): Hetzner Online GmbH (EU hosting, Falkenstein/Helsinki), Cloudflare Inc. (CDN/security, EU SCC), Anthropic PBC (AI processing, US — DPA in place), and Resend.com (transactional email, EU). We do not sell data and do not feed third-party ad networks.

We may update this policy as our infrastructure or legal landscape evolves. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage and via email if we have one for you. The 'Last updated' date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
